My middle name is my mother's maiden name. And my mom's name is Maureen and I'm Maura. I'm practically a junior.

I say Soda. Product of my Massachusetts upbringing. Or, I just ask for a Diet Coke, generally.

I pronounce aunt like, uh, AUNT, not like the insect.

I haven't picked up that much southern-speak, although I do end sentences with "at" and pronounce my Rs now.

What's one thing that you hope to do or accomplish before the end of this year?

Redesign my blog and write a CMS using Django for it.

Tell us a little something about your first girlfriend/boyfriend.

He's a bit of a Star Wars fanatic.

Not really "of all time," but...

The Modest Mouse cover is undoubtedly my favorite of recent years. The whole package from A Ghost is Born is just really good. And I've always liked the silver balls of the Foo Fighters cover.

When I visited Chicago in March, I got food poisoning from lunch at Pizzaria Uno's. I tossed cookies all night, pretty much every hour on the hour.

Still love Chicago, though.

I love, love Tetris, but my favorite arcade game of all time is Area 51.
